The arrivals set is the highest-value square metre of the night. A double-sided wall earns its keep here: brand facing the carpet for the photographers, sponsors facing the room for the guests who walk past it all evening.
Carpet width decides how the photos look. A 1.2m runner is enough for a single-file arrival; 2m lets a couple stand together and gives photographers room to work from the rope line without cutting feet out of frame.
Winners walls are the detail most briefs miss. A second, smaller wall away from the arrivals set gives you a controlled backdrop for trophy photos after each category — which is where most of the images that get shared actually come from.

What goes into a complete awards night package?
A media wall for arrivals, red carpet the length of the approach, bollards and ropes to hold the photographer line, and welcome or sponsor signage. Many clients add a second smaller wall for winners photos. Plinths and feature lighting we quote as a custom item.
Should the arrivals wall be double-sided?
If guests walk past the back of it, yes — you get brand facing the carpet and sponsor recognition facing the room for a fraction of the cost of a second wall. If the wall sits against a venue wall, single-sided is the sensible spend.
How long should the red carpet be?
Match it to the approach you actually control — most awards nights run 6–10m from the door to the wall. Carpet is priced by length and width on the configurator, so you can see the difference before you book.
